IMPORTANT NOTICE : JVT- JP Access Gate 5 Temporary Closure

Dear Resident

In an effort to improve the Community infrastructure please be informed that the works to construct the permanent road link between Jumeirah Village Triangle and Jumeirah Park

Therefore, the current road will be temporarily closed from the 16th of August 2014 for an estimated period of 3-4 months.

Waste Management at Jumeirah Park Community

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to bring to your notice the following information with regards to the Waste Management Services at Jumeirah Park community:

1-  Regular garbage collection: It is 3 times a week. The schedule of collection of General Waste from the villas (litter bins) is as per the following: 

Sat, Mon & Wed

Package 1 (all location)

Package 2 (Block # I4V, J4V& K4V)

Package 4 & 4A (all location)

Package 6-1 & 6-2 (all location)

Sun, Mon & Tue

Package 2 (Block # L4V, M4V & H4V)

Package 3 (all location)

Package 5, 5A, 5A-1 & 5A-2 (all location)

Package 2A (all location)

2-  Green/Landscaping Waste: (For example, cut grass, leaves, branches, excess fertilizer and any item related to landscaping) shall be dropped in the green skip bins allocated in each package by the resident’s gardener (please refer to the attached map for the locations). These skips are intended for green waste only and residents shall avoid dumping any other type of waste in these skip bins.

3-  Carton collection from villas: It is done only once a week (usually every Tuesday), however residents are requested to drop their carton boxes in the provided cages in each package beside the green waste skip bins. Also in cases where the quantity of cartons is huge (e.g. after moving in to the villa) residents could raise a special collection request by raising a request to the Community Management at the below email.

4-  Construction Waste: shall be removed by the resident contractor who carried out the work on site. Small amount of construction waste such as couple of paint buckets and alike can be collected by raising a request to the Community Management at the below email.

5-  Bulky Waste: Such as old furniture, home appliances and special waste such as electronics. They can be collected by raising a request to the Community Management at the below email.
